Effective: December 28, 2023
To the extent Forest Admin, Inc. processes any Customer Personal Data (as defined in the DPA referenced herein) contained in Customer Data on behalf of Customer, the terms of the Data Processing Addendum available at https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/609bc2f429b6d56efa4a2774/65855b08486a2e04dc2a31bb_20231219_Forest_Admin_DPA.pdf (the "DPA"), which are incorporated by reference in the Agreement, will apply and the parties agree to comply with such terms.
For purposes of the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated by reference into the DPA, Customer is the “data exporter”, and Customer’s entering into an Agreement, will be treated as acceptance and signing of the Standard Contractual Clauses and their appendices.
